My b12l level and vit d level is very less ... I have heavy hairfall and and my thyroid which was normal 2 months back is now 21 (ths) t3- t4 is perfect. Please suggest which medication for b12 and vit d Early I was took injection for b12 almost a year back but that is not possible as no doctors available in my area. Currently taking 75mg thyrox tablet.
