Hypothyroidism

I have hypothyroidism with TSH value 38 . I frequently get loss of appetite.. all my blood test are normal. Ultrasonography is also ok. It's been 20 days i am taking thyroid medicine Euthyrox 88mg when my appetite will increase and behave normally..
