I have all problems related to hypothyroidism although I have been taking thyronorm 50 mcg since 2 years . In blood test done in January my tsh level was 13.69 uIU/ml. I feel sluggish and have issues with memory and am also experiencing weight gain . I want to reduce weight and be active and improve my memory .I have increased my thyronorm dose to 75 MCG since a week, but no observable benefit . I have monetary issues also right now, so am not able to consult the doctor also , for which i have to go to a better city . Please help me out with suggestions what should I do , I would be eternally grateful

Your dose of thyronorm is insufficient you increase the dose by yourself which is not good any way for one mth and consult an endocrinologist. A regular checkup with investigation is necessary for Harmonal conditions like this. It should not be taken for granted.
