Hypothyroid side effects

Hello doctor. Am 46 yrs. Weight has been issue due to hypothyroidism but I had controlled by yoga for 16years. My mistake I joined gym 3yrs ago for a year and thn left it due to stiffness and pain in body. Couldn't practice yoga regularly, gained  more weight (20+) which resulted in bone weakness further.I fell on the floor 2years bck due to which my right knee still has some swelling and left ankle twisted so it's become weak. Am unable to climb stairs, it worsen my knees and ankle, going through bad phase of life. I wanna live again, wanna lose weight the healthy way 🙏

Not an issue U can start walking play sports. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits sprouts of greengram raw,everyday in ur meals. Millets ,unpolished rice are the healrhy supplements for wheat,rice . Dryfruits as walnuts,almonds,raisins,figs,berries,pista are good for fitness.Include jaggery,till,horsegram,flax seeds in ur diet. Buttermilk,sugarcane juice,enough water is a healthy drink.
