Hi, My thryoid levels are pretty bad as per today's report T3- 0.89, T4-5.50, TSH-8.22. These levels were as the following in Jan 2018. T3-0.93, T4-5.60, TSH-4.47 I work in shifts and assume that could be the reason for this imbalance. Am I in a real bad condition? Can this be cured? or need to take the medicines lifelong? I am gaining weight as well, feel weak, experience hairfall. What's the stream of allopathy I should consult with?

This is subclinical hypothyroidism and needs to be treated if u have symptoms or if your Anti TPO antibodies are positive. You can initiate an endocrine consultation for the same.
