Hypothyroid and pregnancy

Hi, my tsh value is changing this way like 1st time 21.03,23,22.30,46,50,0.01 is current. I'm trying to get pregnant but didn't conceive. Doc suggested to take thyronorm 100mg. I am so worried. I had miscarriage of my first baby 2 yrs before . Please reply
