My son who is nine years has a hypopigmented spot under his right eye ...I have been to two doctors both gave me liver tonic but one gave me flutivate cream and the other doctor gave me melgain to apply on the spot.im very confused and worried as to what should i apply cream or the ointment...What can be the reason for this spot.
