Hypodensity in seen involving left temporal lobe. No hemorrhagic residues. The ventricular system is normal. No midline shift seen. Acute non hemorrhagic left MCA territory infarct

It's a stroke. Patient need to be examined and investigated. There are chances the stroke may increase further if not managed timely.
