I am 24 yrs old male. I am suffering from illness anxeity disorder (hypochondria) for past 2 years which leads to heart Pounding, dizziness and worry about small pain in body. Doctor perscribed SSRI which is allopathic medicine. But I want to switch to ayurveda. Please give me the remedies for this disorder. Thanks.
