I have high suger and hypo thyroid which started during my pregnancy 3 years before.Now I have got my test done through thyrocare but I am not able to link the pdf test report here.so attaching the screenshots

The sugar report u have attached HBA1c is 5.8. So going by the report sugar seems to be in control. If u are on medicines can continue on same. Maintain healthy lifestyle. Thyroid report is not attached
