OCD is happened due to some trauma or events in our life and unfortunately can affect the mind/brain to change the system of our thoughts and convey some wrong signals to the brain to have some compulsive actions/thoughts. The best way for giving up these kind of thoughts/actions are consulting with a psychologist/therapist as in this type of consultation you can completely aware of your irrational thoughts that insisting your body and mind to make a certain reaction. Hypnosis can not make you aware of your irrational thoughts...
So please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible.
