Hypertrophic scars will become better with some creams and injections....laser in my experience gives little improvement.... combination injections help.. Examination of the condition is just before deciding the appropriate modality

Combination therapies always work well better... No doubt. The type,make and brand of fractional laser chosen , energy settings used play a huge role in results, i have been using fractional lasers for 8 years now they work well too.
