Hi Doctors' fraternity, I've been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism a while ago although I feel I had the symptoms for years. I've started taking medicines from a known homeopathy doctor, who assured me that the treatment will take 12-18 months.
I've been taking his medicines for 4 months now, however, there hasn't been any improvement in any of the symptoms. I don't know which medicines I'm being fed to.
I'm looking for honest opinions from the doctors on how the treatment works. Please let me know if under homeopathy, the symptoms take time to reduce and that I should stick to his medicines.
I've had patience for a while but I'm not sure if there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Please guide.
The result of the homeopathic medicines are visible in few days... And there should be reduction of the symptoms and improvement in health.
Also the reports should show improvement.
Yes, treatment may last longer but not without any improvement in symptoms.

If you have doubt then go for thyroid profile test. There should be change in report.
Although homoeopathic medicines are very effective in such type of cases. Effectiveness totally depend upon how you use the medicine and also diet . If you continue your medicine without diet restriction then you should not get good result.

I cannot say that you will feel any chance or that doctor will give you results or not.
But if you have started the treatment then you have to trust your doctor.
Treatment for hyperthyroidism will definitely take time of months or year. But you can easily go for tests done after every 3-4 months.
