Putting on medicines could wait for a few months and review of readings. Checking for Echo and 24 hours ambulatory BP would help me to decide regarding starting you on drugs. Nevertheless a good surveillance and proper lifestyle changes are required. Drug prescription for sugars and BP is always not static. It can change over follow up
