I have been getting high BP now from a long time. 150/110 is the BP I get when ever I check.its been 1year now that I am getting the same reading. And with this I have am getting headache very often.

Yes it is high BP and if you are also experiencing symptoms them i would advise you to start on anti hypertensive medication. Start with tab Telma 40 1 tab daily after breakfast. And keep monitoring your BP
