Don’t worry… just take low salt diet … maintain our indian standard BMI around 25 …dont take just one reading of bp …. Measure it at leat two times a day for 3 to 4 days after relaxing for 5 minutes …. If its above 130/85 mmhg … take tab telmisartan/ chlorthalidone 40/6.25 once in morning before food…..
