1) it is very difficult to control diastolic blood pressure with medications
2) It is always better to look at a weight loss of ~ 10 kgs. This will help you in bringing your DBP down
3) Walk about 6-8 kms per day, cut down on carbohydrates and take only about 1200 calories per day
4) I would recommend
Tab Telma D 40/1.5 mg OD After breakfast
Tab S Numlo 2.5 mg OD After Dinner
Take above medicines along with lifestyle changes for about 2 weeks. Check BP after 2 weeks and inform.
