Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam using olmezest h20 tab, iam taking readings by home bp monitor. Always my first reading is high than others. Olmezest  h20 controls bp but anxiety increases bp . Pls suggest a good tablet to control anxiety as well as high bp. Regards

Continue the same medication...do some pranayama and meditation...some regular walking...it will decrease your anxiety...
