Hello doctors, I've noticed that my elbows, knees, lips, under eyes, knuckles, joints of my fingers and some parts on my body are dark. It isn't tanning, I consulted a dermatologist once and she said it's hyperpigmentation but she prescribed MesoDew Lite, something that doesn't work on lips and also makes my skin burn. Please prescribe something for oily-combination skin for lightening.
