Hyperacusis and tapering meds

I have been taking sertraline and clonazepam for six months. From last two months clonazepam is on taper. Since day one my maximum dose of clonazepam was .125mg in morning and .25mg in evening. By now I have reached .062mg in evening following reduction in dose every 15 days. Now it is almost last stage. Since I have hyperacusis developed as a result of nihl, can I directly stop it after taking it for 15 days or have to further reduce and then stop.

Detail assessment needed, either you can stop or if there are other associated symptoms we can replace it with some short time better and safer medicine
