Hi, One of niece,18 months old, female, is very hyperactive, but very less social. She is in her own world, and doesn't play with other kids. Her eye contact is also very less. But she keeps doing something whole day without getting tied. She speaks free words. Is there a chance for autism or ADHD?

Yes it could be possible,she is having features of both hyperactivity and autism.Without wasting time you should consult a speech language therapist,so that the early intervention should be started on time...delay means more delay.
