Hello doctor im finding very difficulty in managing my time,which is much important for me but due to this addiction im unable to. Please help me

Hypersexuality is a relative thing. If you think that at your age of 21yrs it is causing problems or wastage of time in thoughts/fantasies or due to masturbation etc .... you need to report to a sexologist for examination for hypergonodal activity and counselling/treatment.
