Hello Sir, I am surfing from hyper acidity since two days. Pain is in right upper abdominal. and today fever also found. headache when body moves up and down or while walking. I am taking 20 ml syrup gelusil and got relief today in acidity otherwise last night I got yo wake up mid night and felt burning in stomach just below chest. What is this.?
