Hydrocele problem that leads to pain

From last 3 yrs I had a problem of hydrocele but after taking a homeopathy medicine .I felt more relax .but in winter seasons this problem remain same and rest days I feel ok . At present I was suffering from same and giving a pain on increasing in size of testis . The left one is bigger in size than right side. However ,I am taking homeopathy medicine from yesterday and feels a recover little bit please suggest me to recover from it permanantly
