Hydrocele (Pain in Right testicle) 3 day back suddenly I woke up in mid night and feeling pain in my right testicle. Now it's sweeling on upper side of testicle and feeling pain on that. I have also hydrocele on my right testicle it's bigger in size as compare to left.
