Hello Doctors, My son is 4 year old and from one week we come to know that his Testicle size is increased and feel hard during touch but no pain no irritation to our child. So we discussed with physician and he advise for scrotum ultrasound which resulted hydrocele on right side. Can you please guide us for his treatment and can be cure without surgery.
