I have a really ugly mole on my forehead since birth. How do I remove it??? It is black and big and little elevated from the skin.

Consult Now
You can remove it surgically by multiple modalities. No creams or tablets would work. Can recur at times after removal. Consult a dermatologist.

Shave excision / puch excision and closure 2. radiosurgery / laser ablation Both are relatively simple - you must see a qualified dermatologist for understanding which procedure you may go for!
