Always remember burp ur baby after each and every feed  for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp Feed on demand Check for urine output Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day Don't give much importance to motion If baby pass motion 10 -12 times or once in 4-5 days both condition normal Except blood in n stool.
