Huge clots and gushing of blood on 3rd D

I have 2 small cysts and 2 fibroid. They are not huge. But this time during periods I faced excessive bleeding on 3rd day along with a thick gushing of blood . Pls help. This has never happened before ever.

Heavy bleeding is common with fibroids but for treatment we need to see the size and location of the fibroids. Kindly share the ultrasound report.

Will need more details of history like your previous period date etc. The cause for such heavy bleeding can be pregnancy related bleeding or also due to small fibroids (even small fibroids can cause severe bleeding).
