HSV 2 igg was Equivocal, so took acyclovir and now after 30 days both igg and Igm turned to be negative. Any cross reactivity,pl help me

IgG signifies an old infection. A person with IgG positive and IgM negative should not take treatment as it is not indicated. He is neither suffering from the disease, nor can transmit it. So taking Acyclivir in your case was superfluous.
