HSV 1 Igg test Positive and Igm test

I recently tested for STDs and attached is my report. My HSV 1 Igg test came out positive but Igm is negative. I never had any symptoms before.  And i had oral sex for the first time last month so decided to get tested. I am somewhat stressing out even after the health care provider said it is okay. Need a second opinion, should i be worried? Please help
