HSG done under image intensifier control and in aseptic conditions under short GA.. • Internal OS was cannulated and 10 ml of diluted contrat injected slowly under image intensifier and films taken. 10ml of saline was injected into Uterine cavity post procedure to wash away the contrast in the tubes. Uterine cavity is well filled and is normal. No space occupying lesion is seen. Right fallopian tube is visualised in entire extent. Fimbrial end shows peri fimbrial halo. Loculated spill of contrast is seen in the delayed scans which progressively increased on insufflation of the contrast. No definite free spill is seen. Left fallopian tube is visualised in the entire extent and show peri fimbrial halo with mild dilation of the fimbrial end. Loculated spill of contrast is seen which increased on delayed scans on continuous insufflation of the contrast. No definite free spill of contrast is seen. No evidence of intravasation of contrast seen. Please correlate clinically.
