Both fallopian tubes are opacified in their extent. No evidence of hydrosalpinx.
Free peritoneal spill is noted on right side. Loculated peritoneal spill is noted on left side.

One tube is nicely open which is enough to get pregnant. U can go for ovulation induction and IUI for atleast 6 months
