HSG REPORT NORMAL OR NOT?

Hi doctor, I attached my hsg report. Is it normal or not? There is any blockage? I had genital Tubocurosis. But I take 6months antibiotic medicine. It's completed. Then I go for hsg. This is the report. Is it ok or not?
