1. Fimbrial Parts of both tubes are dilated.
2. Restricted and Sacculated peritoneal spill is seen around fimbrial ends of both tubes.
3. Minimal peritoneal spill is seen on left side.
These findings are suggestive of partial obstruction in lateral parts of both fellopian tubes, more marked on left side, most probably due to pelvic inflammatory disease.
