Hscrp is greater than 10 and esr 49

I hv done overall health check up with heart checkup. Everything is fine. Just my vitamin D and vitamin b12 is low. But my Esr level is 49 and HScrp westergern is greater than 10. My kft lft..lipid profile..cholestrol all other thing is fine though. Pls advice why these things are high. Is it alarming..esr n hscrp.
