Can someone explain what attached report says. My father got vaccinated on 6th April & from 7th evening he was in fever. On 13th we did covid test & it came positive same day we did chest ct also. Its been 8 days, right now he is feeling little better.

This report is suggestive of covid infection in lungs . It is possible that he got infected before vaccination. If he is feeling better he will recover. Any issues consult a physician.
