I do sexual intercourse with only my wife and she also does it only with me. We had never have intercourse with anybody else in this world except with each other. But before my marriage I had exchanged kiss with another girl(my ex) on her lip, face etc. Sometimes I do self masturbation and sometimes me and my wife engage with each other in mutual masturbation.  Can she still have any fear of any dangerous cancer causing HPV infection? Very soon she will take HPV vaccine. Do I have any fear of anal cancer or any other cancer due to this act? I am 45 years old so perhaps not eligible for HPV vaccine, how can I prevent any such cancer in me?
