How to Weight gain

Hey I m 21 and my height is 5'3 but my weight is 38 which makes me look so thin, and nowadays I have become so weak that my body pains can you suggest me a proper diet , what to eat and wat to not ? Is non veg helpful ?

Hi Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...since you are diabetic avoid carbohydrates add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple, etc....do regular exercise without failure......consult dietitian for further details
