How to treat neurological disorders

I am 33 year old female and want to know how can neurological disorders be treated. My relatives and friends keep giving me advise to try homoeopathy or naturopathy. Some tell me to drink water with fenugreek seeds. Also someone told me only exercise or physiotherapy is the solution. Please help me and advice me for the same to avoid all confusions. Thank you
