1) I am 35 year old. I have undergone appendix operation (Endoscopy) before 6 months.
2) It was sudden shock for me. Because I have no any digestion issue/ problem before that operation.
3) In June 2016 Suddenly I suffered acute stomach pain, omiting. And after sonography Dr. Diagnosed It as Appendix.
4) Now from this January I have started Exercise
Details :
Warm up / Loosening jogging - 10-15 min.
Running 3-4 km - 10- 15 min.
Dips 3 sets - 10 No's Each 10 - 15 min.

Is it sutaible for my body ?
Is it necessary to take any precaution ?
How to plan Exercise module?
Is it necessary to wait for some Time to start Exercise
