I have been taking cremaffin plus for 9 months to keep stool soft and avoid fissure problem. But now I am pregnant and doctor advised me to stop cremaffin plus. I have tried with duphalac and isabgol but I cannot have a proper bowel movement. I feel the urge to poop throughout the day but when I go I get very less stool. I am also taking weekly progesterone shots because I got a cervical cerclage. Please suggest what I can do to normalize my bowels.
