Black gums is not a disease until it's excessive melanin pigmentation( melanoma or any other thing) or any drug you are on . A picture might better clear the situation. You will have to visit a dentist to confirm what it is... Also it's never like impure blood collection or need to be removed. Black gums generally does not have any problem and it depends on colour of your skin... Majority of cases it's in significant and not harmful... Also depigmentation is possible. Consult your dentist will guide you .
