How to recover from meth abuse problem

Hi, I'm male and 29 years old. I am searching for help to recover from meth abuse issues like nose congestion,fast heartrate, weight lost issues, teeth clenching & bruixism, muscle loss issues,bone n joint pain after standing or working over 2-4 hours,rush, shortness of breath,hard to remember things,dry mouth n bad breathe etc. I'm facing the withdrawal  symptoms  as i quited the meth smoke already for more than 4-5 months. I was never a regular or heavy smoker and I did a whole body checkup and mostly report came fine blood,urine,heart,lungs,liver, ent, dental report.All came normal. once a doctor told me i have very high blood pressure as i was feeling hot continuously.  I want to quit and get some proffessional help to recover from it as soon as possible please.
