How to plan for a Pregnancy

I am Married and it's been 3 years now we are planning for a pregnancy. Normally before we never used any precautions but still I didn't get pregnant but after inter course I use to was nicely my vagina immediately. I am little confused about how to plan now onwards. Kindly help us. Now also we aren't using any kind of precautions like tabs or condoms but still facing issues to get pregnant.

You should not go to the toilet for at least half an hour after the intercourse. You should lie flat in the bed. In the meantime you should consult a Gynaecologist in your area so that some basic investigations can be done.
