It's good to know that you are trying to practice meditation. When you keep practicing, you'll find your niche and what suits you the best.
Follow guided meditation for a couple of weeks to get the hang of it.
I'd recommend apps like Calm, Headspace. Netflix also has a series on it named guide to meditation.
If you want hindi version of it then there is Rajyoga meditation by Brahma Kumari or there are Youtube videos that you can have a look at.
