Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. Meditation is a way to look at our inner world and find insights and intuition so we can use the same to change things in our outer world. It could be things we want to solve about our work or even issues on our own relationships that we feel are not resolved. That’s the place we can start with. We can close our eyes and just sit and see what all thoughts are running in our heads and just observe them. Post meditation we can note the common pattern around these thoughts and see if we can resolve them in one way or the other. We can start with understanding meditation from here and go deeper.

Seat Comfortable. And assure about your physical health 3. If you are beginner so you can use music and during music listening you can focus on your breathing. 4. And most important don’t try to stop your thoughts during meditation you have to increase your concentration on your focus point.

Its simple. Don't TRY. Just WATCH your thoughts. Awareness is the key. Don't avoid or judge the emotions and thoughts that come up. Do not expect mystical experiences.

To get in the right position to meditate, sit in your chair with a straight back and with your feet flat on the floor. They should form a 90-degree angle with your knees. You may need to scoot to the edge of the chair. Sit up straight, so that your head and neck are in line with your spine.you can lying down straight on the mat...either of the position you feel comfortable

Hi, It's good to know that you are trying to practice meditation. When you keep practicing, you'll find your niche and what suits you the best. Follow guided meditation for a couple of weeks to get the hang of it. I'd recommend apps like Calm, Headspace. Netflix also has a series on it named guide to meditation. If you want hindi version of it then there is Rajyoga meditation by Brahma Kumari or there are Youtube videos that you can have a look at. I have my own technique of meditation which works for my clients. You can book an appointment with me to know about it or use the above recommendations.
