I am on fertility drug this month. How to get to know that egg is fertilised by sperm?? Took hcg injection day before and had sexual contact both the day.

It takes average of 9 days from fertilisation to get pregnancy test positive but to avoid unnecessary anxiety better leave it until you miss your period and then get urine pregnancy test done.
