Hi thanks for your question. First thing building muscle is not shirt term matter but consistent efforts. U need to make high calorie high protien diet plan,work out plans .so entii meal plans with timing to eat, what to eat & how much .Take a Dietitian help to get a really effective plan. U need at least 3400kcal energy. half carbohydrate, 25% protien rest fat by cooking oil.dry fruits, nuts,banana, high quality protien products will help u surely.U can write me your present plans.
