This is going to be my 3rd period I’ve heard lemon juice can delay it. If so how much do I take to get rid of my period for 4-5 days. Should I wear a pad If I try this on the day of my period

Hi ..lemon juice doesn't delay periods...you need medicines for the same.   You can carry pad in your purse and then wear it when needed
