I'm facing high bp issue from 1month, current bp is 146/100, what step should take. From weeks I'm unable to concentrate and feels tried. Suggestions required.

Please consult with a General Physician on Practo. Hypertension is a long treatment. It involves few investigations. Medicine will be prescribed but it will take some time to adjust the dose of the medicine.

Mam it's high. Salt restricted diet. Need to get some test's done. St this age it shouldn't be like this. As i have no idea about your medical history so wont be able to advise you much. Need to ask you few questions regarding your problem.
